Boo Hoo

Well the birds are dead. I came in this morning and a baby bird was on the bottom of the cage and later the other one appeared on the floor of the cage also. Now I threw away the nest (with 6 unhatched eggs in it) and will put a new one in and try try again after all of the holidays. It's kind of a relief because I had no idea what I would have done with them over our long Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks. Especially since dear hubby said NO BIRDS IN THE HOUSE!!! I hope mom and dad aren't heartbroken!
