Entertainment
It is no secret that I LOVE TV and movies. I watch something almost every night and we rent lots of movies. This weekend I saw two outstanding movies. One was Facing the Giants, the other was Daddy's Little Girls. They both inspired me and I cried through them both. I think because they were faith-based they spoke to me at a much deeper level, then let's say "Stranger Than Fiction," which we also watched this weekend. "Stranger..." made me laugh and feel good, however. Tyler Perry, who produced "Daddy's..." does such amazing movies. I absolutely LOVE his work and will go to see all of his movies. They encourage me and they give me hope in humanity. Facing the Giants was produced and completely made by a church in Georgia. I don't know if it was a true story or not, but it could have been - realistic fiction, maybe. Well, that's all for now. Happy movie-going! By the way, who is your pick for American Idol?
