Noise, Noise, Noise

Well, living in Southern California is nice most of the time, but the area we live in is growing like a wild fire. The houses are super close together and you HEAR every little noise. It doesn't help that the young love motor bikes, mini bikes, dirt bikes, talking loud, screaming, and loud music. Now, I'm worried because our neighbors right next door are putting in a pool. They have four screaming kids ages 6 to about 15. OH NO! Do you think I can bear it? The pool company has already broken our fence putting it in. It was a nice fence too. Only thing is that neighbor put the fence in - we paid for half of it. Also, the kids hang out all night in the street. Not to mention all the littering that goes on here. I will survive. It is bothering me less than when we first came from relatively quiet Crestwood. Anyone else with this problem?
